Nowadays very few people are 100% aware of their hair. Sometimes the importance of hair care in everyday life is not shown, but it is a reality more than evident. The well-being of your hair depends 40% on how well you treat it. You need to know who your hair is and identify it (normal, oily, dry or a mixture). This will help you to use a line according to your needs.
Once you have your ideal line, here are some tips that all hair types can apply.
Washing your hair. It is advisable to wet your hair and do not apply shampoo directly to it. First in your hands and then apply it, massaging the roots and the contours.
Two applications of shampoo. The first one quickly and the second application leave the shampoo to act for 3 to 5 minutes.
Pay attention to the temperature of the water, which is recommended to be lukewarm, since that an extreme temperature is not good for the hair.
A good conditioner is necessary to prevent the ends from weakening when untangling the hair.
As for drying, it is advisable to let it dry in the open air, in case it is not possible and we have to do it with the hairdryer we leave you some tips: remove the moisture from the hair with a towel (gentle use and without rubbing the hair). It is preferable to use the hair dryer with a nozzle and always at least 15cm away from the hair and at a medium temperature.
Brushing your hair. You should brush your hair at least twice a day (morning and evening), although if you feel it is necessary, you can do it more often. Be careful, brush from the middle to the ends, and after finishing this part, start with the roots. Be careful! If you do it the other way round, your hair will break, get damaged and you may encourage more hair to fall out.
